Play Foundry is not an endless marketplace.
It’s an expert edit.
Meet the Founder
After years of designing playrooms for families through Greenwich Play, founder Courtney Gault saw the same challenge again and again: parents wanted beautiful spaces for their children, but sourcing durable, thoughtfully designed pieces that actually supported play was surprisingly difficult.
Working closely with families, observing how children move through spaces, and selecting materials that could withstand years of use gave her a deep understanding of what truly belongs in a playroom. Over time, she began refining a clear point of view about the essential elements every play space needs: pieces that are functional, long-lasting, and visually cohesive within the home.
Play Foundry grew from that experience. It brings together the most essential, well-designed elements of a playroom in one place, eliminating the guesswork for parents and designers alike. Each piece is selected or created with the same philosophy that has guided Courtney’s design work for years: materials should be durable, beautiful, and built to support meaningful play for children.
Play Foundry is where thoughtful playroom design meets carefully curated materials, making it easier to create spaces where children can imagine, explore, and grow.
